I am writing you this letter Mr. President is that I have a daugther who was born with spina bifida who is 25 years old which the doctors told me that she wouldnt live to see 20 years old. About 3 years ago she had to have a trach and now shes on a ventilator plus along with her motorized wheelchair. I had to give up my job in order for me to take care of her so I lost some of my income. For the past three years has been tough my family and I have no way of transporting her. I have been trying to get a wheelchair van but I dont have a lot of money also have been trying to work with all of the orangnization in my city but theres no help in my city due to the fake my city is very small. Also my daughter is the only complicated case in this city. I dont know where else to turn for help for my family and I. I hoping you could give me some suggestions on how my family and I could possibly get a wheelchair van somehow.
